EXPERIENCE

Ms. Hodes has been practicing law since 1989 and has been working exclusively in the area of special education law since 2012. Her current practice integrates many years of litigation experience, representing aggrieved workers in the employment law area, criminal law, and representing individuals with disabilities. She has successfully represented hundreds of children in obtaining a free and appropriate education.

Ms. Hodes received her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, and J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law. She has three children. She is committed to improving the lives of children with special needs and their families.
